The apartment

The apartment is located on the Obere Sonnleiten nr. 6 on the top floor (app nr. 19) on the outskirts of the village on c.a. 5 to 10 min walking distance from the local restaurants. It is a good base for people who want to enjoy both quiet and active vacations. Possible activities are hiking, biking (summer) or skiing and cross country skiing in winter. The hiking trails, cross country trails and a ski route are located directly at the apartment. The ski lifts, which takes you to the top of the Gabuhel at an altitude of 1634 meters, is 300 meters away from the apartment and you can reach (except for the crossing of the main road) skiing.

The apartment is fully equipped. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 11 beds. The family bedroom upstairs is equipped with a smart TV and a ps 3 which can also be used as a DVD player.
The living room with a spacious sitting / dining area is also equipped with a smart TV and DVD player. Of course, all major national and international channels can also be received. The apartment has free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a separate freezer. Furthermore, there is a ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a Senseo Switch coffee maker. Also the usual crockery and

kitchenware are available. The bathroom, equipped with toilet, has a separate spacious shower and bath. These are equipped with thermostatic mixer taps. A double sink makes it complete. There is also a separate toilet with  sink. A spacious terrace (approx. 15 m2) gives a beautiful view of the mountains including the Hochkonig.
